ICS Ltd was founded by Mr. Jean Claude Emelee, a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He owns and operates a successful domestic cargo shipping business and private wharves, with over a decade of experience in logistics.

With a background in political science and public administration, Mr. Emelee has spent nearly 10 years advising ministers and ministries, working in a successful international maritime business alongside his father. His deep-rooted family ties in public service and politics have given him a unique perspective on how government policies impact businesses and the economy.

Beyond his involvement in maritime and logistics, he is also a diversified businessman, owning multiple enterprises in town. Notably, he is a realtor offering expertise in the local real estate market.
